In Memory of Simon Miller - The world is a much better place for having had Simon in it.

He was a barrister practising in family law, and a highly respected care lawyer, with, in our view, sure prospects of becoming a KC. We extend our sympathy to all of you at Harcourt Chambers for the loss of your colleague. Simon did really big and difficult care cases all over England.

Just over a week ago, the Dads House family was shocked to hear that Simon had suffered a serious heart attack and was in acute care in Hammersmith hospital. Just a few days later, his family had to take the ultimate decision, and he died in hospital on Thursday 27 March 2025.

Simon was a key part of the Dads House family law clinic - So this gives us a chance to pay tribute to a wonderful guy, who was inspiring to so many of us, and the life and soul of our pro bono family law clinic in Fulham.
